LOW SPEED VEHICLES (LSV).

ALL Low Speed Vehicles must have a current permit decal to use island roads.

All LSV drivers must have a valid drivers license. Youthful drivers need to carry their license for identification while operating a LSV on island roads. Please check with the HOA office if you have any questions.
MOTORIZED or ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS, SCOOTERS AND BIKES.
No motorized or electric golf carts, scooters, or bikes are allowed to use island roads or other common areas at any time.
WATER SAFETY

Remind your family and visitors there are NO LIFEGUARDS at our beaches, to never swim alone, and to be mindful of riptides and other typical water hazards. Boaters should use extra caution due to crowded waterways.
ISLAND SAFETY
.
Due to extremely busy conditions on the island during the summer, please remind your family and visitors to use extra caution and observe speed limits while driving on island roads and the bridge. All cyclists and pedestrians should also use extra caution when recreating along the roadside or on the bike path.
FIRE SAFETY.

NO FIREWORKS are permitted anywhere on the island at any time, with the exception of the Club’s Professional Fireworks Show on the 4th of July.

Please use extreme care when cooking outdoors and never leave your barbeque grill unattended.
